Peer Support Groups
Our peer support groups provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals seeking connection, understanding, and support. These meetings are held twice a month, allowing participants to join at a frequency that suits their needs. Whether you prefer to engage face-to-face in our in-person sessions or connect virtually from the comfort of your own home, our peer support groups offer a compassionate environment where you can share experiences, gain insights, and build meaningful connections with others who may share similar journeys. Regardless of your background or identity, our support groups are open to all who are seeking a supportive community and a listening ear.
Virtual Peer Support Group
Join us on the third Saturday of every month from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM on Zoom for our virtual support group. This inclusive gathering welcomes families, allies, and LGBTQ+ individuals aged 13 and above. It provides a safe and supportive environment to share experiences, seek guidance, and foster connections within the community. Whether you are looking for support, information, or simply a place to connect with others who understand, our support group is here for you.
